Founder & Managing Director
DCCO Ltd
DCCO Ltd
Registered in England & Wales
Location Farnborough, Hampshire
United Kingdom
Based in Hampshire, working across the UK and Europe. Most engagements involve site visits — DCCO goes to where the work is, rather than managing remotely when it matters to be present.

Not sure if DCCO can help?

Ask anyway. The worst outcome is that it is not something DCCO does — and if that is the case, you will be pointed towards someone who can. There is no obligation attached to making contact.

How do engagements work, and what do they cost?

Two shapes: a day rate for open-ended consultancy, or a fixed price for defined deliverables. Most initial engagements are two to five days. Three fixed-price starting points — the AI Readiness Review, the Signage & AV Estate Health Check, and the Pre-Project Review — have a set fee agreed before work starts, so there are no surprises. A written quotation is provided before any engagement begins.

What happens after I get in touch?

A reply within one working day, usually suggesting a 30-minute call. That call is free and carries no obligation. If DCCO is not the right fit for the problem, that gets said on the call — along with a pointer to someone more suitable where possible.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes — across the UK and Europe. Most engagements involve site visits; DCCO goes to where the work is rather than managing remotely when it matters to be present.

Do you sell hardware or take commissions?

No. DCCO does not sell hardware or software, and does not take referral fees or manufacturer commissions. The recommendation follows your interest, not a margin — and if the right answer is to do nothing, that is what gets said.

Is my problem too small?

Probably not. DCCO's primary market is SMEs, and many engagements are just a few days. A short, well-scoped piece of advice at the right moment is often worth more than a long programme.
